A 411 on the new ‘Agile’ organisational structure

Last years I had an interview call from Spotify. So, as usual, instead of brushing up on my technical skill, I started reading up more about the company. What captivated me the most was a hitherto unheard of organisational structure. Words like “Tribe”, “Squad” and “Guild” were tossed around like it was the norm!
